The "CoverPlus Maintenance Return to Base Service" is offered to ensure the functionality and operational readiness of your Epson products. If a fault occurs with your product, please send it to an authorized Epson service center. The target repair time is 5 days from the day the device is received at the repair center. This service includes all parts, except consumable parts/options (e.g. feed rollers and maintenance tanks), which can be purchased and installed by the end user. The CoverPlus maintenance package provides also the option to carry out a functionality check virtually (remotely) or by telephone during the contract period.
